Attention to those who ordered mouth guard:
I will be distributing the mouth guard start from tmr, if I haven’t come to find you, you may come to my class S4B (new block 3rd floor, classroom which is the nearest to the stairs) to take your mouth guard, latest by Wednesday. Once you get your mouth guard, go back home and put it in hot water for one minute then put it into your mouth upper teeth, bite it about 30 secs, then put it in cold water. If you feel the gum is too long for you or you feel not comfortable, you may cut abit of the back part of it.
Those who are interested in register another competition event pls pm me by tonight.
