*PdPR PENGENALAN ASAS SUKAN WALLCLIMBING PELAJAR SEKOLAH PERINGKAT NEGERI PULAU PINANG TAHUN 2022 *

Mengikut ketetapan berikut:

*Tarikh: 28 April 2022 (Khamis)*

*Masa: 3.00 petang hingga 4.00 petang*

(Pelajar sekolah sesi petang masih boleh menonton rakaman PdPR.)

Pelajar perlu mendapat sekurang-kurangnya 40% markah lulus kuiz untuk kelayakan mendapat Sijil Penyertaan Digital.

Link kuiz akan dibuka pada jam 4.00 ptg – 11.00 malam pada hari tersebut sahaja.

Pls be informed that our online class will have two attendance taken .

I. First attendance will be taken by teacher and committee during 7.30 ( members must log in the given google link to take the attendance ) After the attendance taken, students are required to enter the different link to the online training based on the belt color. Link will be given after the attendance is marked

II. The second attendance will be taken by the coach

Students are considered present with 2 attendance recorded .
Pls the join the links accordingly. After the first attendance is taken.

Please do login 10 minutes earlier and wear dobok /White Tee &Long pants

Today is our first trainings of the day. We take our attendance from the first link and went to the second link respectively for trainings. We do some warming up stretching and the coach also let us do lower block and side block. We also do some kicks too.
