Venue:New Block
After the instructors arrived, we started warming up and do some stretching. Then, we were divided into groups according to our belt colours to revised our kicking,punching,taeguek and self defense because grading is around the corner.Our training end at 9:30a.m.

Please bring:
RM20 for outing fees
RM25 for target(new members)
For those who want to go grading on March 29,please bring your grading form and RM45 grading fees.
