Kejohanan Taekwondo Antara Tadika-Tadika Malaysia & Aelma Terbuka Malaysia Kali Ke-6 2018 is hold on 7th October 2018 at Aeon Klebang (Aras Bawah), Ipoh Perak. This event includes sparring and breaking. Registeration fees for each event will be RM50. Those who are interested in this competition, please message Pei Yiu for more information.Thank you.

Taekwondo Training

Venue: Stadium
Members gathered around the stadium before 7:30a.m. The instructors then came and we did some warm ups ands physical training. Due to the upcoming grading the day after, the instructors make some revisions on the stances and the taegeuks. We were tested one by one to confirm that our stances and kicks were right. Then, the training ended.

There will be a grading on 7th of October . For those who want to go for grading please practise your basic or taeguek at home and prepare RM45 and grading form .
Our PCGHS Taekwondo Anniversary & Farewell will be hold on 13 October from 8.00a.m. until 1.30p.m. . Every members need to hand in RM35 . Lunch will be provided.

Today everyone gathered at the stadium as usual. When the instructors arrived, we started off by warming up and running around the stadium.Then, we were divided into groups according to our belt colours to learn poomsae. This time it was a little bit more special because senior belts were given a chance to teach the junior belts. They did great and it was fun! After that, the training ended at 10:00am.
