Today is our first physical training day. The AJKs reach the school earlier to help clean the stadium before the members go in. The instructors arrived at 7:30am and we started warming up. Then, we practise our hand techniques, kicking, and poomsae. We also learned our grading syllabus for each belt. Our practise finished at 9:30am.

To all members,
Please take note that our first physical training will start this Saturday.
Date: 28/5/2022 (Saturday)
Time: 7:15 a.m.–9:30 a.m.
Venue: Stadium
Take note,
→ Need to wear school shoes or sports shoes. NO slippers or sandals in school (please refer to buku panduan).
→ Only those members who don’t have Dobok can wear PJK shirts with long pants (refer buku panduan on this).
→ Once arrive, members have to wait outside the stadium. Only go in when the stadium is sanitised and AJK,coaches arrive.
→ For those members that don’t have a Taekwondo koku shirt (Compulsory), bring RM25.
→ For those members that want to buy a Dobok and white T-shirt, the price for a set of Dobok is RM90 and White T-shirt (wear inside a dobok) is RM18. NOT Compulsory.
→ Members’ fingernails and toenails must be cut before coming for training.
→ Please be punctual.

To all members:
Please Take Note this Saturday our training still remain ONLINE 7:30-9:30am. Pls the join the links accordingly.
PLEASE ENTER THE LINK ABOVE FIRST AT 730AM
Pls be informed that our online class will have two attendance taken .
I. First attendance will be taken by teacher and committee during 7.30 ( members must log in the given google link to take the attendance ) After the attendance taken, students are required to enter the different link to the online training based on the belt color. Link will be given after the attendance is marked
II. The second attendance will be taken by the coach
Students are considered present with 2 attendance recorded .
