We will not have training on February 17 due to Chinese New Year holidays. For those who want to buy uniform , black t-shirt and white t-shirt but have not give the size yet, please give it to your form wakil before holidays. For those who have not submit fees please also pass it to your form wakils . Wakils please pass the fees and size to committee before holidays.

Taekwondo Training
Date: 10 Feb 2018
Venue: PCGHS Stadium
Time: 7:30a.m.-10:00a.m.
Everyone gathered at the stadium before 7:30a.m. to get ready. The training then started at about 8:00 when all of the instructors came. We had some warm up and physical training first. After that, we were told to do a front roll on a big mattress. After getting used to do a front roll, the instructors teached us how to do a cartwheel and let us practice on a mattress. Everyone tried their best to do it and some of them had already learned the skill to do a cartwheel. After that, the instructors teached us to do a sidekick and a front kick in a right position. Before ending the training, instructors gave us some advice about doing the right kicking and cartwheel. The training ended on 10:00a.m.

Taekwondo Training

Time: 7:30am-10:00am
Venue:PCGHS Stadium
We gathered at stadium at 7:30am and started our training when instructors arrived. After we warmed up,we did some physical training. Then, we had a short 15 minutes break. After that, we were divided into groups according to our belt colour to learn our own taegeuk and some kicks. Lastly we learnt front roll and ended our training.

This Saturday (10 February ) we will have training . For those who haven’t submit application forms , fees and renewal of membership fees, please bring and submit it this Saturday or else you will been given punishment. Beside this, for those who want buy uniform (dobok), black t-shirt and white t-shirt, please give your size to your form wakil, bring your money and submit it this Saturday also.
