Today is our first training in 2021. We use Google Meet for our training. We divided into three group according to our belt colour. At 8:30 we start our training. First, the coach let us warm up and do some streching. Then we start our basics movement and do some revision about some punching and kicking. After all, we do some stretching and our training end at 9:30 a.m.
