Everyone gathered at the stadium at 7:15a.m.At about 7:45a.m. the instructors arrive .Then, we started our training with some warm up and physical training.After that ,we had a break. Lastly,we revised some punching and kicking.We end at 9:30a.m.

**For those who did not attend last week’s agm,please pass the letter to your wakil by TOMORROW. Wakil please put the letters to Charmaine’s pigeon hole(S4C).
For prefects,you can attend our training from 7:15am to 9:30am,and attend your prefects marching from 9:30am to 11:00am.You will get one attendance from taekwondo and another from prefect.

To all members:
National Remaja Championship is held on 13-15 March 2020.The details of this championship will be posted soon and all members are encouraged to participate.
Pertaining to the sparring event for this championship, the society will be adapting the PSS system instead of the usual ESS system we’ve been using.
It’s a current scoring system involving sensors in the protective gears that most of us are not yet exposed to.
Hence, our instructors have taken the initiative to hold a PSS workshop to familiarize all those interested. Time,date and venue tbc, will be either Saturday or Sunday in the daytime and will take around half a day with a fee also tbc according to headcount.
Anyone who is interested to attend the training please inform me before 1pm,tomorrow(12 January).Thanks

At 11 Jan 2020,all taekwondo members gathered at stadium to have our first meeting,AGM. First of all,our instructors explain to us about what we should do and wear while during training. Our senior also explain about the attendance and things we nid to give attention to. Then ,our commitees had a self introduction.We dismissed on 9:30.

Also,if you are interested in buying second hand target or second hand size 3 dobok(which we wear during trainings),please inform me.They will be giving you a second hand M size black t shirt(wednesday t shirt) for free.All of the above are still in good condition.
