Time : 07.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Venue: PCGHS Stadium
We will have our training as usual on 1 July 2017 . And ATTENTION to all members :
Please bring
1. Rm60 ( fees )
2. Rm35 ( for competition registeration fees)
3. Rm30 ( target ) ( all newbies MUST buy )
4. Money for sparring guards
5. Rm100 ( for breaking planks’ fees)
