There will be a training on 24 June 2017. And there a few things which need to be take notes :

  • Please bring along RM 60 for fees when this Saturday.
  • For those who will be taking part in the sparring event (individual / team) are encouraged to buy your own guards because you can use it until form 5. Some of them can be borrowed from the school if you don’t mind.
  • The guards will include head gear, body vest, shin and forearm guard ( for hands and legs ) and inner groin guard. The ESTIMATED PRICE for the complete set is RM 300, while for the set without shin and forearm guard is RM 220. For mouth guard , you must have one for yourself or else you would be disqualified. You can buy your own  by informing Sonia this Saturday.Besides, there will be ONE second hand set of sparring guards for sale at a lower price. The guards include : body vest, shin and forearm and head gear. They are still in excellent condition. Whoever is interested, please inform me by message or by person. First come, first serve. So those who want to buy sparring guards, you must bring along the money this Saturday or else you won’t get to buy the guards before competition.
  • Furthermore, targets are now available for purchase. The price range is from RM 25 to 30.
  • For those who are taking part in breaking event, the planks for breaking event is RM 4.50 each. Each breaking group must provide a team name and tell Sonia how many planks your group is using this Saturday.
