To all members:
Please take note, this Saturday 1 Oct, we are having physical training.
Date: 1/10/2022 (Saturday)
Time: 7:15a.m.-9:30a.m.
Venue: Stadium
➡️ Listen to coach instructions
➡️ Remember memorize the Taekwondo Oath. We will ask it randomly.
➡️ Need to wear school shoes or sports shoes. NO slippers or sandals in school (please refer to buku panduan).
➡️ Once arrive, members have to wait outside the stadium. Only go in when the stadium is sanitised and AJK, coaches arrive.
➡️ Members’ fingernails and toenails must be cut before coming for training.
