Taekwondo training
Date :1 April 2017
Time : 07.30 a.m. ~ 10.00 a.m.
Venue : PCGHS Stadium
Same as usual , we gathered inaide the stadium . After imstructors arrived , they gave us physical training . As example , we done joging , frog jump , duck walk , push up , sit up and so on.
When the training left 30 minutes , the instructors teached us self defense . After this , we finished our training on 1 April 2017 .
