This saturday (16/2) will have training. Pls arrive at the stadium on 7:15am. Every members pls bring fees for January till March and membership fees. The price you may refer to the previous post. Those who haven’t pass up their membership card pls pass it to me on Saturday.
For F1s, pls fill in the membership form, bring your money for the shirts and memorise the taekwondo oath.

Venue : Stadium ( located behind canteen)

Time : 7:15 am to 9:30 am

For NEW MEMBERS

Please bring:

1. New green card

2. RM 20 for membership fees

* Please wear white shirt without collar or pjk shirt and comfortable long pants which is suitable for exercise (only black or dark blue color).

For OLD MEMBERS

Please bring:

1. New green card

2. RM15 for renewal of membership

* Please wear Dobok.

Pls be punctual on 7:15am in stadium and be sure to bring your membership fees this saturday.

To all members:

There will be a training this Saturday (22 Sept). Those who want to go for grading at 07 October must attend this training and bring along your RM45 , memberships card and grading form. For those who haven’t hand in RM60 fees please hand in to us by this Saturday.

Kejohanan Taekwondo Antara Tadika-Tadika Malaysia & Aelma Terbuka Malaysia Kali Ke-6 2018 is hold on 7th October 2018 at Aeon Klebang (Aras Bawah), Ipoh Perak. This event includes sparring and breaking. Registeration fees for each event will be RM50. Those who are interested in this competition, please message Pei Yiu for more information.Thank you.

There is no training for this Saturday.

There will be a grading on 7th of  October . For those who want to go for grading please practise your basic or taeguek at home and prepare RM45 and grading form .

Our PCGHS Taekwondo Anniversary & Farewell will be hold on 13 October from 8.00a.m. until 1.30p.m. . Every members need to hand in RM35 . Lunch will be provided.

Schedule for 8th PCGHS Taekwondo (WTF) Closed Championship 2018:

7.45 a.m. – Instructors arrive

8.00 a.m. – Poomsae event begins

10.40 a.m. – Sparring event begins

11.30 a.m. – Opening ceremony

12.15 p.m. – Lunch break

1.00 p.m. – Sparring event continue

3.00 p.m. – Team sparring event begins

3.45 p.m. – Breaking event begins

4.30 p.m. – Medal presentation & photo taking session

5.30 p.m. – Championship ends

*These are the estimated time for the championship.

To all members:

This Saturday (04 August) will be our competition. It start from 8.00 a.m. until 6.00 p.m. , please arrive in hall before 7.30 a.m. Remember to cut your hand and toe nails.

For those who are going to sparring please bring along your sparring guards that day, those who do not have mouth guards will be disqualified. You will also need a coach for sparring, the coach can be any of your friend or senior.

Lunch will be prepared.

Breaking leaders please put your cd and pendrive that included your breaking song into S4C pigeon hole as fast as possible .You may ask vice president if there is any question. Thank you
