3. We will take two attendance.

4. Wear dobok during trainings. If don’t have dobok you can also wear pj tee for trainings.

To all members:

There will be a colour belt grading on 27/3/2022, 9am, Main Centre. As most of the members have been training under the same color for 2 years, we would encourage those members to take part in the grading, especially those white and yellow. The grading fee is RM45 and we will follow the SOP during the grading. Please let us know if you were interested to take part in the grading by this Thursday as we might need to plan on some trainings session before the grading.

Activity Report

September 25th, 2021

Today is our last trainings of the day. We take our attendance from the first link and went to the second link respectively for trainings. We do some warming up sterching and the coach also let us train our stomach and arms to let it stronger. We also do some kicks too. After all, we also make a conclusion about what we learn this year.

I. First attendance will be taken by teacher and committee during 7.30 ( members must log in the given google link to take the attendance ) After the attendance taken, students are required to enter the different link to the online training based on the belt color. Link will be given after the attendance is marked
II. The second attendance will be taken by the coach
Students are considered present with 2 attendance recorded .
